Web Page Visitors
In general, when you visit our websites and access information about our properties you remain anonymous.   Award Vacation Homes, Inc. may request information from you in order to process requests. Before doing so we will explain how this information is intended to be used.

Your Personal Information is required only as a necessary part of processing your vacation request accurately.  This Personal Information will never be provided, rented or sold to any third parties.

Personal Information that may be Collected
The possible information that Award Vacation Homes, Inc. would collect to process your reservation and information request may include the following: First & Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Home Address, Fax Number, etc.

Award Vacation Home, Inc. Renters
In confirming reservations Award Vacation Homes, Inc. will request additional information regarding form of payment.  This information will include and is not limited to the following: credit card number, billing address, full name on credit card, credit card authorization (signature), etc.

Once a reservation has been made, only persons whose names appear on a reservation will be able to collect or change information regarding that reservation.  This is in order to protect the privacy of all vacationers staying in an Award Vacation Home.

Detailed information regarding the street address and phone number to a rental property will not be divulged until the reservation is paid in full.  Each reservation is given a unique number for entry to the homes, unless stated otherwise (i.e. groups).
