The Living Room is a wonderful gathering area. 

Enjoy formal meals in the Dining Room.  Comfortably seats 6 persons.  Also provided is a flat-screen PC with DSL connection for Internet use.

 Prepare as little or as much of your vacation meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

The breakfast nook comfortably seats 6 while overlooking the lanai.

The Master Bedroom features a King-size bed, TV and large dresser.  Private entrance to the lanai.

 The Master Bath contains a large garden-style tub, walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, W.C. and large walk-in closet.

The second bedroom offers a Queen-size bed and TV. 

 The second bath has a separate entrance to the lanai to allow for quick showers prior to entering the pool.

The third bedroom offers 2 twin-size beds and TV. 

The third bath has a tub/shower and is located between the twin bedrooms. 

The fourth bedrooms contains two lovely twin-beds and a TV. 

The two car garage has been converted into an Entertainment Room and offers billiard table, foosball, and hoop shoot.

Additional seating is also offered with a ceiling fan overhead to help keep everyone cool.

 The lanai offers a covered area at the Master Bedroom & Living Room entrances.  There is a table for 'al fresco' dining.

Enjoy the large pool with depths of 3' to 5' deep.  The rolling hill allows extra privacy from neighboring homes.
