	The family room with two comfortable sofas (one of which converts into a 5' bed) is the ideal place to settle down and watch TV or even read a book, if you have the time! A range of books, games and DVD’s are available for use during your stay. Sliding doors give direct access to the pool and spa area.
The formal dining area with it's tastefully designed dining suite, comfortably seating six, is situated off the family room and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar.
	The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and features a large fridge freezer with icemaker, large conventional oven and hob and built in microwave oven, along with many other items including a toaster and coffee maker. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
The breakfast nook is ideal for either a quick snack or a leisurely breakfast.
	The master bedroom has sliding doors, which give direct access to the pool and spa. It features a king-sized bed and TV.
The en-suite master bathroom features "Hollywood Style" lighting over a full width mirror and his and hers vanity unit. Roman style bath tub and walk-in shower cubicle are also featured, as is a separate WC and large walk-in closet, with ample space.
	Tastefully furnished spacious bedroom with queen-sized bed.
The third bedroom offers a full/twin in a ballerina theme fit for a princess.
	The second bathroom with single vanity unit and over bath shower has direct access to the pool/spa area, ideal for giving the kids a shower and drying yourself off after a swim.
Fourth bedroom with sports theme twin beds.
	Large covered lanai and ample decking with poolside sun beds for relaxing in the Florida sunshine. Dining table and chairs for alfresco dining.
Beautiful private, large, sunny, screened pool measuring 15' x 30', which can be heated, if required, at an additional cost.
	Spa/Jacuzzi, what better way to relax at the end of a long hot day. Can be heated, if required, at an additional cost.
