Welcome to ‘The
Mouse House’. |

 The Family Room leads off the Den and Kitchen and has access to the Lanai and swimming pool. It has a ceiling fan, a large TV with DVD / Video and stereo with cinema surround sound. There are films, CD’s and games in the armoire. |
 Master Bedroom ‘On The Wild Side’ – is richly decorated with luxurious bed coverings. There is a TV / DVD, and phone. A door leads from the bedroom to the pool. |
 Game Room The garage is a large carpeted room located off the kitchen with full size pool table, electronic air-hockey table and foosball for hours of fun. There is specialised lighting for all the games, a remote controlled wall fan and stereo system. |
 Den The Den greets you as you enter. It is a lovely quiet seating area for those times when you want to relax with a book or share the days events with each other. The sleeper sofa is here for when you need the full sleeping capacity. |
 Master En-Suite Bath Decorated in keeping with the bedroom has twin handbasins, garden tub and walk-in shower and separate toilet. There is a floor mounted safe in the walk-in closet. |
 Third Bathroom ‘Tranquillity’s en-suite offers a tub shower. |
 Kitchen Fully equipped, with everything you would expect for a home from home, it has all the usual appliances, crockery and cutlery plus non breakable tableware for use by the pool. There is a wall mounted phone and answer machine here next to the nook. |
 Second Master Bedroom ‘Desert Island’– has its own privacy door separating it from the rest of the house, its own door to the Lanai and wall mounted TV. The palm theme continues from the bedroom into the en-suite with walk-in shower. |
 Fourth Bedroom ‘Energy no Problem’ – is definitely for those with a lot of get up and go and is sports themed. This room and the full / twin room share the pool bathroom which has twin hand basins plus tub shower and has access straight onto the Lanai. |
 Breakfast Nook Conveniently situated between the Den, Family room and Kitchen, the nook holds seating for four people. It’s just right for seating the children for a quick breakfast before heading off to the parks for the day. |
 Second Master En-Suite Bathroom The desert theme continues from the bedroom into the en-suite with walk-in shower. |
 Fifth Bedroom Enter the ‘Home of the Mouse’. This room will delight the younger members of the family with Mickey mural and character pictures. It has a twin bunk over full bed. |
 Formal Dining Seats 8 people. Ideal for sharing a family meal together. There is a broadband connection here provided for those who want 24 hour free web access, just bring your own computer. |
 Third Master Bedroom ‘Tranquillity’ – decorated with relaxing hints of pink and purple and a tub shower in the en-suite. |

 Pool and Spa The pool area has the sun on it most of the day and beautiful sunsets can be seen from here. It is fully equipped with table and chairs, padded poolside chairs and sun loungers. It has two BBQ’s for those larger parties set in the grass outside. |
 Spa (up close) This was the first Mickey shaped spa to appear in the area designed by our youngest daughter. Pool toys and pool towels are on the shelves in the games room. |
 Lanai The Lanai has a safety screen to stop the young ones going near the water unsupervised. Enjoy the largest home pool in Greater Groves with its own wading area at one end for the little ones to enjoy with the help of Mom and Dad. |
