Take a walk up the long and winding Path that leads you to the double front doors. It is after you have entered that the magic begins. The villa is very wheelchair friendly and the perfect location to experience the magic of this wonderful place. You can choose from one of four bedrooms where your dreams of Disney will take place.

Once in the entrance hall you are greeted by the spacious family room. High vaulted ceilings and tiled floor throughout. Access to the pool and lanai just across. |
| Off the family room is the formal dining area. This also leads off to the kitchen which is large and fully equipped |

At the other end of the kitchen is another dining area. This is called The Nook. From here there is a delightful view of the pool/spa area. |
| The kitchen is fully equipped and is ready to go should you decide to dine in. Off the kitchen is the laundry room which is fitted with a washer and drier. |

 The master bedroom has a large king-size bed and over looks the pool area through three windows. |
| It has a large en-suite with his and hers sink, large corner bath tub and a large walk in shower. This room is tastefully decorated and has a lovely tiled floor. |

Bedroom two has a
large queen-size bed and overlooks the beautiful grounds of this
large corner plot. All bedrooms have a TV/DVD and the home is fully air conditioned. |

There is a second
bathroom which also has access to the pool and spa area. Step out
into the Florida sunshine on our spacious decking area. There is a
large *heated pool and spa in a covered pool area which is ideal for
relaxing by after a long day at the parks. *Available for a nominal fee |

Bedroom three is a room with twin beds and again looks out over the gardens to the front. |
| The Winnie The Pooh room is a twin room and is a magical base for our younger visitors. It's just like a trip to 100 acre wood. |

| In this large westerly facing pool you can really feel the openness and tranquility of this large corner plot. |
