 The Family Room The large, airy Great room has a cathedral ceiling and offers plenty of comfortable seating. It is equipped with cable TV and a combo DVD/Video player. There is a remote ceiling fan, which is operated from the remote control on the wall. French doors open onto the lanai and pool area. |
 Master Bedroom The lovely master suite has a king sized bed, ceiling fan and is equipped with a cable TV/DVD combo. |
 Game Room Our home is also equipped with a games room, which has a full-sizes billiards table and an electronic air-hockey table. |
 Kitchen Our well-equipped kitchen includes a cooking range, fridge freezer with an icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and ample cutlery and crockery. There is also a waste disposal unit. |
 Master En-Suite Bath The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle, garden tub, twin vanity sinks with large mirror, walk-in closet equipped with a floor safe, a linen cupboard and separate toilet. The bathroom has direct access to the pool area. |
 Third Master En-Suite Bathroom The en suite to the 3rd bedroom has a shower tub, vanity unit with large mirror over and toilet. |
 Breakfast Nook Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast nook containing a table and chairs for informal meals. There is also a wall-mounted phone in this area. |
 Second Master Bedroom The 2nd Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a large closet, ceiling fan and is equipped with a cable TV/DVD combo. |
 Fourth Bedroom The 4th bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan and a large closet. It is equipped with a cable TV/DVD combo. |
 Formal Dining The lovely formal dining area seats 6 comfortably. |
 Second Master En-Suite Bathroom The en-suite bathroom has a shower tub, vanity unit with large mirror over, toilet and linen cupboard. This bathroom has direct access to the pool area. |
 Fifth Bedroom The 5th Bedroom also has twin beds, ceiling fan and a large closet. It is equipped with a cable TV/Video combo. |
 Pool and Spa There is a lovely large pool and a spa. The back of the house overlooks conservation land and so offers lots of privacy with lovely views. |
 Third Master Bedroom The 3rd bedroom, situated at the front of the house, has a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan and a large closet. It is equipped with a cable TV/Video combo. |
 Fourth Bathroom The twin bedrooms share a bathroom, which has a shower tub, vanity unit with large mirror over and toilet. |
 Spa (up close) Sun loungers are also provided. All perfect for winding down or just having a relaxing break from those busy days at the parks. |
 Lanai Outside is a covered lanai area with a table and chairs, allowing for outdoor eating. There is also a Park style barbeque situated just outside the screened area, in the garden. |
