Our luxurious villa has been newly furnished by one of
Orlando's leading interior design companies.
The villa is our dream come true and we have tried to ensure that you
have everything on hand to make your stay in our villa perfect. We hope
you enjoy our large pool and relaxing spa as much as we do. Its great
to come back to such a comfortable home after a fun filled day!

Our good sized living room is the perfect place to relax or
spend time with the family. It has beautiful cathedral ceilings
and is decorated to the highest standard. It has a large TV
with cable and a DVD player. There is also a pull out queen
size sofa bed for added accommodation. |

The formal dining room is ideal to entertain family & friends
and enjoy your evening after visiting the parks and many other
attractions in Orlando. |

Our kitchen is fully equipped for even the most discerning of
chefs! It also has all the mod cons you could possibly need
during your stay including a coffee machine, smoothie maker and
full range of cooking utensils to show off your culinary
talents! There are even some cook books should you wish to cook
a special meal. |

There is also a nook furnished with table and chairs for more
casual dining, which leads out onto the pool decking. |

The master suite has a huge King-size bed, walk in closet, safe,
cable TV and DVD player. |

The luxurious en suite bathroom leads out onto the pool decking (lanai). It
has a Roman style bath tub, his and hers sinks and a double shower. |

The 2nd master suite has a stylish Queen-size bed, cable TV, DVD
player and its own en suite bathroom. |

The 3rd bedroom is our Disney room with comfortable twin beds,
cable TV and DVD player. |

The 4th bedroom is at the front of the house. It also has twin
beds, cable TV and a DVD player. |

Bedrooms 3 & 4 also have a shared bathroom. |

Our villa boasts a superb 30x15 screened swimming pool with a spa, which can
be heated on request. The pool has an extended sun deck with patio furniture
and is west facing. |

The spa is a great place to relax after a long fun-filled day at the
parks or even a day playing golf!

If the glorious Florida sunshine gets too hot you can sit in the shaded
lanai area, which is furnished with table and chairs for you to relax in. |

We also have a fantastic games room where family and friends can gather
together and enjoy an evening.
It has a full size table tennis table (ping pong), a 7ft air hockey table,
darts board and a foosball table for the kids.

Other extras
are DVDs, a CD player for listening to music while playing games
or chilling out by the pool, a BBQ for al fresco dining, board
games, playing cards and plenty of books for you to read. There
is also FREE local telephone calls.
