Welcome to our newly built vacation home in the beautiful community of Orange Tree. Find the "Serenity" you deserve on your vacation to central Florida, located within minutes from Disney World and other Orlando attractions, not to mention local restaurants, shopping centers, golf courses and grocery stores. Also a short ride to the historic town of Clermont for a quiet day of shopping/dining. You'll find luxury accommodations in our 5 bedroom/4 bath villa which sleeps up to 14 people. It is fully air-conditioned with a private pool/screened lanai/spa and a TV in every bedroom and separate games room for playing pool or air hockey. |

 Master Bedroom This Master bedroom features a king-size bed, personal TV, telephone with answering machine and complete bathroom. |

 Kitchen The kitchen contains all you need and more to enjoy your stay. There is an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker. |
 Master En-Suite Bath The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, garden tub, twin vanity sinks, walk-in closet with floor safe. This bathroom has direct access to the pool area. |
 Third Bathroom This bathroom is adjacent to the front bedroom and also the kitchen. It contains a tub/shower combo and sink with vanity. |
 Breakfast Nook Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast nook containing seating for four people. |
 Second Master Bedroom The 2nd Master bedroom features a queen-size bed, personal TV and private bathroom. |
 Fourth Bedroom This fourth bedroom, complete with it's own TV an beautiful full-size oak bedroom set, is adjacent to a complete bathroom. |
 Formal Dining The classically designed dining room area is situated off the kitchen and great room with seating for six people. A highchair is available as well. |
 Second Master En-Suite Bathroom This en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo, sink with vanity and direct access to the pool/lanai area. |
 Fifth Bedroom The fifth bedroom sleeps three, with a twin over full bunk bed and TV. |
 Pool and Spa A view of the lanai and pool, which can be heated if required, for your enjoyment year round. A safety fence encloses the pool and spa to protect younger guests. |
 Third Bedroom This bedroom, which is located in the front of the home, contains a full-size bed, chest, nightstands, full closet and TV. |
 Fourth Bathroom The fourth bathroom contains a shower/tub combo with a sink and vanity, decorated in a nautical theme. |
