	Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. Laundry Room is located between kitchen and garage and contains a full size washer and dryer.
Breakfast nook seats 4 comfortably and is just off the kitchen.
	The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with walk in closet and TV.
Master Bathroom with large walk-in closet, double vanity sinks, garden tub and walk-in Shower. Access the lanai from this en-suite bath.
	Second suite has a king-size bed and a TV.
Second bath is located within the second Master Suite and offers a tub/shower combo. Also access the pool from this en-suite bath.
	The third suite has a full-size bed and makes this home great for groups of friends and couples. Also features a 27" TV.
