 The Family Room The Family Room is furnished with comfortable seating, 35 inch TV with cable, DVD and VCR player. This room has a patio door providing direct access to the pool, spa and deck area. |
 Master Bedroom This spacious bedroom has a king-sized bed and cable TV. The room has a large walk in wardrobe and security lock box. It has a very large en-suite bathroom with bath, walk in shower, twin vanity sinks and separate toilet. |
 Game Room The double garage has been converted into a games room and has a full size, slate bed, pool table and a air hockey game. It also has cable TV and DVD player. There is a virtual tennis game connected to the TV providing additional entertainment for all age groups. |
 Den This gorgeous, spacious lounge is comfortably furnished and ideal to relax in after an active day or to plan further adventures for your stay in Florida. |
 Master En-Suite Bath The en-suite master bathroom offers a large garden style tub, walk-in shower and separate W.C. |
 Third Bathroom The third en-suite bath is situated with large walk in shower and direct access to pool area. There are three hair-driers provided and located in each of the master bedrooms. |
 Kitchen The kitchen and breakfast area is fully equipped with a giant fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. There is also plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking and BBQ utensils. |
 Second Master Bedroom This second master bedroom also has a king-sized bed, built-in wardrobe and cable TV. |
 Fourth Bedroom These bedrooms have twin beds, built-in wardrobes, and cable TV with VCR or DVD. They share a common bathroom that has both shower and bath facilities. |
 Breakfast Nook The breakfast area overlooks the pool and deck accessed by the patio door. Located next to the kitchen area it is conveniently placed to provide an additional dining area for any occasion. |
 Second Master En-Suite Bathroom The en-suite bath with shower, toilet and vanity leads out to the pool and patio area. |
 Fifth Bedroom All bed linen and bath and pool towels are provided for your convenience. |
 Formal Dining EllaVista has a formal dining area with attractive yet comfortable dining table and chairs. The dining area has a large window overlooking the front of the villa providing a bright and well-lit environment. |
 Third Bedroom Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobe and cable TV. It has an en-suite bathroom. |
 Fourth Bathroom The fourth bathroom is located between the fourth and fifth bedrooms. |
 Pool and Spa The pool is protected by a child safety screen, which can be removed if desired. The pool and deck area provides an excellent view of the Disney theme park nightly firework display. |
 Spa (up close) Both pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost if required. |
 Lanai The patio area has a 30’ x 15’ swimming pool, which is screened for protection from insects and has plenty of patio furniture. Florida screening has been fitted, providing additional privacy for pool, spa and deck use. A BBQ is conveniently located just outside the screen, to the rear of the property and provided free of charge. |
