This gorgeous, spacious lounge is comfortably
furnished and ideal to relax in after an active day or to plan
further adventures for your stay in Florida.

The Family Room is furnished with comfortable
seating, 35 inch TV with cable, DVD and VCR player. This room
has a patio door providing direct access to the pool, spa and
deck area.
For the larger party the larger sofa quickly
converts to a double bed, and all necessary bed linen is
provided.

EllaVista has a formal dining area with
attractive yet comfortable dining table and chairs. The dining
area has a large window overlooking the front of the villa
providing a bright and well-lit environment.

The kitchen and breakfast area is fully
equipped with a giant fridge/freezer, oven, microwave,
dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing
board, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. There is also plenty
of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking and BBQ utensils.

The breakfast area overlooks the pool and
deck accessed by the patio door. Located next to the
kitchen area it is conveniently placed to provide an
additional dining area for any occasion.

This spacious bedroom has a king-sized bed
and cable TV. The room has a large walk in wardrobe and
security lock box. It has a very large en-suite bathroom with
bath, walk in shower, twin vanity sinks and separate toilet.
This room has patio doors onto the pool area
which also provides an excellent view of the nightly Disney
theme park firework display.

bedrooms have twin beds, built-in wardrobes, and cable TV with

The fourth bathroom is located between the fourth and fifth
bedrooms

All bed linen and
bath and pool towels are provided for your convenience. |

The double garage has been converted into a
games room and has a full size, slate bed, pool table and a air
hockey game. It also has cable TV and DVD player. There is a
virtual tennis game connected to the TV providing additional
entertainment for all age groups.

additional items are provided in the villa such as a baby’s cot
(cot bedding not provided), highchair, various board games and
DVD’s
Wireless Broadband Internet access at 8megabit is
available if required. |

The patio area has a 30’ x 15’ swimming
pool, which is screened for protection from insects and has
plenty of patio furniture. Florida screening has been fitted,
providing additional privacy for pool, spa and deck use. A BBQ
is conveniently located just outside the screen, to the rear of
the property and provided free of charge.

The pool is protected by a child safety
screen, which can be removed if desired.
The pool and deck area provides an excellent
view of the Disney theme park nightly firework display.
