Stay in our beautiful new luxury villa located in a tranquil corner of Orange Tree. From here the areas top attractions, excellent golf courses, lakes, restaurants and shops are all an easy drive. Disney is only 9 miles away. Enjoy a dip in our full sun pool, or make use of Orange Trees free basketball and tennis courts. Later on shoot some American pool or play air hockey in our fully lit games room. All bedrooms have cable TV and DVD. |

 The Family Room The Great Room boasts cathedral ceilings, a spacious living area and includes a sleeper sofa. It is equipped with cable TV, DVD and music system. Next to the TV is a library for all ages to browse through. Also this room leads directly to the pool area. Step into the sunshine. |
 Master Bedroom When the time comes to retire, relax in the rich warm tones of this King bedded Master Suite. Additional features include ceiling fan, telephone, clock radio, hairdryer and cable TV/DVD for private entertainment when you want to get away from it all. |
 Game Room The double garage has been converted into a games room. It contains a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Tennis rackets (to be used on the free court), Badminton net, rackets, volleyball and various board games. |
 Kitchen The open plan kitchen is a bright and spacious area to prepare meals in. It comes complete with everything, no stone has been left unturned to make this area of our home as convenient as possible. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, opposite to the kitchen. |
 Master En-Suite Bath The Master En Suite features a garden tub, separate walk in shower, twin vanity sinks and a walk in closet with a safe for your valuables. This en-suite has direct access to the pool. |
 Third Bathroom To appeal to children of all ages, we have carried through the Mickey Mouse theme to this bathroom. It adjoins both the twin rooms, and is also easily accessed from the Great Room. |
 Breakfast Nook Start your day with a leisurely breakfast, or grab a quick snack in the nook. |
 Second Master Bedroom Relish in the plush surroundings of the second Master Suite. This also has a King size bed with ceiling fan, cable TV/DVD, clock radio, telephone and hairdryer. |
 Fourth Bedroom The first Twin Room welcomes children and adults alike with a classic American Mickey Mouse style. There is even a Mickey TV and DVD. |
 Formal Dining Join your family and friends at our elegant dining table which seats eight comfortably. |
 Second Master En-Suite Bathroom This en-Suite has a tub/shower combo and vanity units. This en-suite also has direct access to the pool. |
 Fifth Bedroom The second Twin Room is refreshingly bright. It is equipped with TV/DVD and a Play Station 2 with a selection of games. |

Pool and Spa The pool enjoys all day sun. Perfect after a hard day, and has an expansive deck for sun worshipers. It is fully screened to keep out the bugs and let in the Florida sun. |
 Third Bedroom The third bedroom is richly furnished with a queen sized bed it is equipped with a ceiling fan, TV/DVD, clock radio and a large closet. |
 Fourth Bathroom The third bathroom is adjacent to the Queen room. It has a tub/shower combo and a vanity unit. |

 Lanai Take your meal Al Fresco under the covered lanai. Children have a separate table and chairs. In the evening sit back and enjoy the sunset with a glass or two of wine, while your food gently cooks on the BBQ. |
