Welcome to our relaxing Disney retreat. We personally selected this home for its wonderful location next to a conservation area allowing for total privacy, wonderful views and extra large garden area. Our love affair with Florida is due to its year round sunshine, the many friends we make each time we visit, the wonderful wildlife, as well as those awesome parks.

Our living room boasts upgraded furniture including a sofa bed, is tastefully decorated and overlooks the pool. |
| Our family room houses has an entertainment centre, housing a 32” TV, DVD, VCR and CD/Stereo. It opens out onto the lanai. It makes a comfortable area for relaxing. |

Our dining room has a large dining table seating six for more formal meals. It is situated at the front of the property with two arched windows making it very light and airy. |
| Our kitchen is fully equipped, has an adjoining utility room and has everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. |

The Nook has a table and 4 chairs which is a more relaxing area for quick meals such as breakfast or lunch and opens out onto the lanai. |
The Master Suite has
private access to the pool, and fantastic views over the
conservation area. It has a large
Queen
size bed, wonderful dresser, cable TV and large walk in closet.  |

| The second bedroom offers two twin beds, large walk in closet and shares an adjacent bathroom. |

The second bath is located between the twin & queen bedrooms. It offers a shower/tub combo, vanity unit and toilet. |
| The third bedroom offers a two twin beds and large wardrobe. |

fourth bedroom
has a view over the pine trees, queen size bed, large walk in closet
and cable TV. |
| The third bath has a large shower, vanity unit and toilet with direct access to the pool area. |

The totally private, screened pool area is completed paved, has wonderful views over the pine trees, with no overlooking properties. |
| There are two sunbeds and a table with four chairs. There is a removable child protection fence and the lanai has two lighted fans for those balmy evenings. |
