What comes equipped with the Vacation Home?

The homes are fully equipped with towels, linen, dishes, eating and cooking utensils, washer/dryer, microwave, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, and all house ware items.

Is the home air-conditioned?

All of our homes are new and have state of the art central heat & air conditioning for your comfort.

Do the homes have televisions and VCRs?

They all have at least 2 TVs and 1 VCR.

Do the homes have BBQ Grills?

All homes are equipped with barbeque grills.

I have a baby. What facilities do you offer?

All homes come equipped with one baby crib and one high chair. Additional cribs and high chairs are available at a cost.

Are any of the homes designed for physically challenged people?

All homes are wheelchair accessible. We have one wheelchair available for rental.

Who do I call if I need something?

You can reach our on-site property managers 24 hours a day for all of your needs.

Many Championship golf courses are within 15 miles of our homes. Check out our page on Golf Courses for names.

What do we do if we have a late flight?

All of our homes are equipped with key safes. When you arrive you can go directly to your vacation home. With your confirmation letter, you are given directions to your vacation home and instructions for the key safe. You do not have to go to a separate location for check in.

Who do we contact if we have a problem with the vacation home?

Our office is located within 2 miles of each of our vacation homes. We have 24 hour on-site management and maintenance services available.
